Polypads – Fibre-Free Ceiling Insulation Pads

Polypads are an innovative solution for suspended ceiling insulation, offering a fast, clean, and fibre-free alternative to standard loft roll insulation.

Unlike traditional insulation, each quilt is pre-cut and sealed inside robust black polythene bags, eliminating the release of fibres while still delivering excellent thermal performance.

This makes Polypads the ideal choice for any environment where hygiene and air quality are critical, including food preparation areas, clean rooms, commercial kitchens, and manufacturing facilities.

Available in a range of thicknesses and standard ceiling tile sizes — 1200mm × 600mm and 600mm × 600mm — Polypads are quick to install. Simply place them on top of ceiling tiles for an effective, hygienic insulation upgrade.

With their easy handling, low-maintenance design, and superior fibre control, Polypads are the go-to option for businesses that need reliable insulation without the mess.
